How to go there?

U1 Taubstummengasse, Exit Mayerhofgasse
 

From Vienna  Airport

By bus (Vienna Airport Lines):

In front of the arrival hall buses to Vienna are leaving every 30 min. Take the bus (tickets you can buy in the bus for € 8) to “Schwedenplatz” and from there U1 (red metro, the tickets you buy at the ticket machines) to “Taubstummengasse” (3 stops, direction Reumannplatz) and take the exit “Mayerhofgasse”. Walk Favoritenstrasse 20 meters upwards and you will see the “Möllwaldplatz” where the VIDC office is situated.

By train:

Direction Hauptbahnhof, change at Hauptbahnhof to U1 (direction Leopoldau), get off at the next station Taubstummengasse.
With the ÖBB Railjet (RJ or RJX) the journey takes 15 minutes, departures every 30 minutes. Price: € 4,20

By CAT or S-Bahn:

City Airport Train CAT goes to Wien-Mitte non-stop in 16 Minuten (€ 12)from there take the U4 (green metro) to Karlsplatz (2 stops, direction Hütteldorf), there change to the U1 (red metro) to “Taubstummengasse” (1 stop, direction Reumannplatz) and take the exit “Mayerhofgasse”. Walk Favoritenstrasse 20 meters upwards and you will see the “Möllwaldplatz” where the VIDC office is situated.

S-Bahn goes to Station Wien-Nord (Praterstern) in about 25 minutes.  (€ 3,90). The trains leave every half an hour (at hour.18 and hour.41). At the Praterstern take the U1 (red metro) to “Taubstummengasse” (4 stops, direction Reumannplatz) and take the exit “Mayerhofgasse”. Walk Favoritenstrasse 20 meters upwards and you will see the “Möllwaldplatz” where the VIDC office is situated.

By Taxi:

Will be around € 30 – 40 from the Airport to the VIDC.
