On 4 November 2025, the VIDC, in collaboration with D–Arts Project Office for Diversity and the International Screen Institute, will host a panel discussion at Zoku in Vienna. Using practical examples, Nigerian Nina Mbah will demonstrate how integrating sustainability into culture and storytelling can lead to significant and lasting change in the film and television industry. The focus will be on her experiences from 16 African countries and how greater climate awareness can be incorporated into both production and creative processes.
